For as long as I can remember I have been a neat freak!
Systems and orderliness have always come naturally to me. I hadn’t thought too much about it until friends began making comments and I realised this was not everyone’s normal! My natural go to is “a space for everything and everything in its space”. It makes my life simpler and easier, I can find things efficiently and I can plan effectively to achieve my goals.
Being a nurse (part of a caring profession) it was second nature for me to assist some friends who were struggling to eliminate the chaos in their homes. It seemed to work! The pondering began - what if my natural go to (which is not natural to others) can help people? Could it assist individuals, families, homes and offices overcome the overwhelming feeling of not knowing where to begin?
After reading, researching, studying online courses, becoming a Provisional Member of and seeking accreditation with the Institute of Professional Organisers – 2B Organised was launched!
